Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via the official Dowinx website with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Disassemble the gaming chair carefully and secure all components, including the ergonomic cushions and hardware, back into the original shipping box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated courier location to begin the transit process.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned chair, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
